Refund policy

The Frank LuKen returns and refunds policy.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, rest assured we have a 30-day money back guarantee from the date you received The Weighted Crop. 

Please email returns@FrankLuKen.com within this timeframe, so we can resolve any issues. 

We recommend that you return The Weighted Crop (and it must be returned) via registered post, and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit, and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Frank LuKen Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage in transit if you choose not to insure.

Final note! If you're returning an item that was part of a discounted set or bundle, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

When can I expect my refund to be processed?

Once product has arrived back at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 days for your return/refund to be processed internally. Don't worry - we'll keep you notified every step of the way.
